Dave Arkley

Dave Arkley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Dave held several prominent financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Gigamon from July 2018 to September 2024, and at International Decision Systems from October 2017 to June 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Vertafore, Edifecs, and Parallels, as well as spending nearly eight years at Itron in various key roles, including Chief Financial Officer for both Itron International and Itron North America and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier experience includes the role of Vice President Finance at Silicon Energy Corp.
