Eric Berschback

Eric Berschback is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Cornerstone OnDemand since September 2020, Eric focuses on business forecasting and headcount planning within the Finance function while partnering with the Marketing organization. Prior roles include Director of Operations at the Arizona Charter Schools Association, where Eric managed daily operations for over 550 charter schools, and a Research Associate, utilizing data analysis tools to drive educational decision-making in Arizona. Eric holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Mathematics Education from the University of Michigan. Additional experience includes an internship as an Operations Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery and a background as a Math Teacher at Greenhills School.
