Mandar More

Mandar More is an experienced engineering professional with a background in software development and team management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand since November 2012. In this role, Mandar leads a team of seven software engineers and SDETs to deliver quality software products efficiently. Previous positions at Cornerstone OnDemand include Lead Software Engineer and Principal Software Engineer, where Mandar spearheaded the development of innovative software solutions using technologies such as C#, MVC, and SQL. Prior to this, Mandar held a Senior Software Engineer position at Ugam Solutions and a Junior .NET Developer role at MySolitaire.com. Mandar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Shah And Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College and has completed high school at the University of Mumbai and Saraswati Vidhya Mandir.
