Paul Broughton

Paul Broughton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as GVP and Managing Director at Cornerstone OnDemand since January 2010. Previous roles at Cornerstone include Global VP of Sales for SMB and various leadership positions in sales operations and enablement. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at GetListed, Inc., and several legal internships, including roles as a Research Assistant, Law Clerk, and within family law facilitation. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UCLA, an MBA in Business from the University of San Diego, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law.
