Sushil Paliwal

Sushil Paliwal has extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at Cornerstone OnDemand since May 2013, after progressing through various roles including Senior Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. At Cornerstone OnDemand, Sushil applies technical expertise and business acumen to meet diverse end user and system requirements, overseeing the planning, design, and maintenance of software applications and websites. Prior experience includes a Master's degree project at the University of Southern California, where Sushil developed a Java application for tracking wireless access points, and a role as Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd, focusing on data integration for the Brokerage Data Management Group. Sushil holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
