John Dittman began their work experience in 1988 at Northern Trust, where they held a role in commercial lending until 1994. In 1994, they joined Cornhusker Bank, where they served as Chairman and CEO. In 1997, they took on an additional role as Chairman and CEO at Cornhusker Bank.
John Dittman completed their MBA degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1986 and 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
