Ashley Wales has a Master of Science in Employee & Labor Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. They have extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles at companies such as Corning Incorporated, L3Harris Technologies, and PPG Industries. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director for Finance at Corning Incorporated.
