Calvin Richardson

Calvin Richardson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Service Delivery for Asia Pacific at Corning Incorporated since January 1998. In this role, Calvin leads various HR Centers of Excellence, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Learning and Development, Total Rewards, HR Digital Technologies, Employee Mobility, Mergers, Acquisitions, and new business startups. Prior to Corning, Calvin held multiple HR positions at Siecor Corp. and Nortel Networks, including Director of International Total Rewards, Manager of Compensation & Benefits, and HR Manager. Calvin's career in HR began as a Research Assistant at Nortel Networks in 1977, progressing through roles to ultimately manage HR projects and generalist functions. Educational qualifications include studies in HR at Central Piedmont Community College and a high school diploma from Earl of March High School.
