Cong Xu

Cong Xu has experience in project coordination and customer technical service within the glass and materials industries. As an International Project Coordinator at O-I from October 2008 to March 2009, Cong Xu focused on project coordination in a multinational environment, technology transfer support, project documentation, and furnace structure engineering. In a customer technical service role, responsibilities included maintaining customer relationships, managing customer experience, balancing quality with manufacturing costs, and establishing testing methodologies. Cong Xu also served as a Process Engineer at Corning Incorporated in June 2014, where duties involved controlling process performance, leading technology projects, and managing project documentation.
