Guy Hallgren Jr.

Guy Hallgren Jr., PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in utilities engineering and operations, with a focus on improving quality and process efficiency. Currently serving as Project Manager at Corning Incorporated since May 2022, Guy manages the upgrade of a manufacturing plant's electric substation. Previous roles include Manager of Utilities Engineering and Operations at LaBella Associates, where Guy led strategic planning for Solar Program initiatives, and multiple project management positions at Corning Incorporated, overseeing significant business process improvements and relocations. Guy has also held the role of Director of Municipal Utilities at BATH ELECTRIC GAS & WATER SYSTEM, ensuring comprehensive management of utility services, and was president of Prime Power, Inc. Guy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from Binghamton University and two associate degrees in Industrial and Electrical Technology from Corning Community College.
