Peter Wigley

Peter Wigley is an accomplished professional in the field of optical communications and technology strategy, currently serving as Technology Strategy Manager at Corning Optical Communications since January 2012. With extensive experience, including roles as Business Development Manager for Emerging Innovations and Advanced Optics Technologies Manager, Peter has been instrumental in evaluating emerging trends and developing differentiated optical solutions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at OCLARO, where Peter served as Director of Technology Strategy and Director of Marketing Strategy, and a solid foundation in product and project management at Corning Incorporated and CREOL. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Optical Physics from Imperial College London and has completed additional certifications in innovation and sales performance.
