Lisa Latendresse

Lisa Latendresse, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Cornish College of the Arts since October 2024, Lisa previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Pacific Northwest Research Institute, where responsibilities included ensuring legal compliance and implementing talent strategies. Notably, as Head of People at Route Line, Lisa established the HR function from the ground up, achieving rapid recruitment success and a competitive employee benefits package. Additionally, Lisa founded getGOODNESS, a tech solution for artisan bakers, and led HR operations at Entrust Global Group, overseeing global HR strategies that resulted in significant revenue and customer acquisition growth. Lisa holds a BA in Communications from the University of Washington.
