Kev Rowden MCMI possesses extensive experience in ICT and IT service management, currently serving as the ICT Helpdesk Team Lead at Cornwall Hospice Care since August 2017. Previously, Kev held the position of IT Service Desk Team Lead at King's Service Centre from January 2016 to August 2017. With a military background as a Warrant Officer in HM Forces from 1993 to February 2016, Kev also worked as a Deployment / 2nd Line Support Engineer at Microtest Ltd for a brief period in late 2015, after serving as a System Analyst for the UK Ministry of Defence from January 2011 to January 2016. Educational qualifications include studies at Cranfield University and St. Austell College.

Cornwall Hospice Care is a 24/7 Cornish charity that provides specialist care for people with terminal illnesses. Their clinical teams support patients and their families at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell, St Julia's Hospice in Hayle and in Cornwall's hospitals, care homes and in the community through their Neighbourhood Hubs. The charity also runs a 24 hour advice line for other healthcare professionals.
