Jarrod Munro is a Partner in Commercial Litigation at Cornwalls, where they have focused on insolvency, bankruptcy, and litigation since joining the firm in 2008. They began their legal career in Perth and have also practiced in Queensland and New South Wales, becoming admitted to practice in Victoria in 2007. Jarrod has extensive experience acting for administrators and liquidators, particularly in high-profile disputes involving significant managed investment schemes. Additionally, they contributed as a co-author to the Lexis Nexis Australian Corporation Law – Principles & Practice (External Administration) and chair the Young Business People Committee at Cornwall Stodart. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Western Australia.
