Radhika Kanhai

Radhika Kanhai is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. Currently serving as a Partner at Moray & Agnew Lawyers since October 2023, Radhika also heads the Commercial Litigation and Insolvency department at Cornwalls since August 2015. In addition to these roles, Radhika contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Square Penny and serves as a mentor for the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria. Radhika has held significant leadership positions, including President of WIRV from April 2016 to March 2018 and Vice President of IWIRC from March 2014 to March 2016. Radhika's earlier roles include partnership and special counsel at Rigby Cooke Lawyers and board membership at North Melbourne Legal Service. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology Major) from the University of Melbourne and is accredited in mediation. Additionally, Radhika is associated with the Australian Institute of Company Directors since February 2020.
