Vicki P. Klopsch

Vicki P. Klopsch has a strong background in leadership development and career counseling. Vicki P. currently holds the position of Vice President of Training and Programs at Coro Southern California, where they are responsible for overseeing training and program initiatives. Prior to this, Vicki served as a Board Member at the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), advocating for better representation and supporting their mission to empower women in public policy.

At Scripps College, Vicki held multiple roles, including Executive Director of the Laspa Center for Leadership, where they strategically grew and advanced the center's mission to bridge the gender leadership gap. Vicki P. also served as the Executive Director of Career Planning & Resources, overseeing comprehensive career services and programming initiatives for students.

Before their time at Scripps College, Vicki worked at DePaul University as an Adjunct Faculty in the College of Communication and as the Associate Director of Alumni Sharing Knowledge.
