Heather Manspeaker has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing field. Heather started their career at Xerox Corporation as a National Account Executive, managing a multimillion-dollar contract and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Heather then worked at Canon USA Inc. as a National Account Executive, focusing on strategic sales of document management software and printers to major companies. Following that, Heather joined PGi as a Global Account Manager, responsible for conferencing and collaboration solutions.

Heather later transitioned to InterCall, where they held multiple roles, including Unified Communication Strategy & Development Manager and Global Account Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and driving revenue growth through web collaboration strategies.

Heather then worked at COMPAREX USA as a Key Account Manager, where they specialized in cloud solutions and software licensing. After that, Heather joined Sikich as an Information Technology Account Executive, focusing on IT consulting services, cloud-based ERP, and managed IT services.

Before their current role, Heather spent several years at RDI Corporation, where they held roles as a Marketing & Development Director and Client Development Executive. In these positions, they developed marketing strategies and campaigns and provided customized solutions for clients' business needs.

Heather's most recent work experience includes roles at Sophos as a Senior Channel Account Executive and Coro as a Channel Manager for Alternative Channels in the Ohio Valley region. Heather is known for their expertise in channel management, account development, and building strategic partnerships.

Throughout their career, Heather has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills, making their a valuable asset in the sales and marketing field.

Heather Manspeaker obtained a high school diploma in College Preparatory from St. Vincent- St. Mary's in the years 1983 to 1987. Heather then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Communication from The University of Akron from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Heather Manspeaker has also obtained certifications, including the CDIA+ Certification from the Computing Technology Industry Association in June 2005 and the 700-150 Introduction to Cisco Sales certification from Pearson in February 2019.
