Megan Lance Flanagan

Megan Lance Flanagan has held a number of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition space since 2006. Megan Lance began their career as a Senior Recruiter at The Nielsen Company in 2006. In 2007, they moved to High Growth Companies as a Senior Consultant, partnering with clients to aid in times of high growth and helping with process facilitation and full-cycle recruiting. In 2011, Megan joined Centro, LLC as the Talent Strategy Lead, where they were honored to be ranked #17 on Crain's Chicago Business "Best Places to Work" list. In 2013, they joined Rocket Fuel Inc. as a member of the People Team, helping to foster the company's culture and find the best talent. This was followed by a role as Head of People at Showpad in 2018. In 2019, Megan joined CityBase, Inc. as VP People, and BottomLine Recruiting as an Advisor. Most recently, they were appointed Chief People Officer at Coro in 2022.

Megan Lance Flanagan attended the University of Dayton from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelors of Science in Communication & English.
