Milo Peterson

Milo Peterson has over 18 years of experience in customer success and project management roles. Milo began their career in 2002 as Manager of Technical Consultants at PC Doctors Inc. Milo then moved to Broadwing Communications in 2003 as a Customer Success Manager/Project Manager. In 2007, they took on a similar role at Level 3 Communications. From 2008 to 2014, Milo worked at ACS as an Operations Manager, the Texas State Comptrollers Office as an IT Manager, and the UT Office of Strategic Initiatives as a Supervisor for Information Systems. In 2019, they joined ScaleFactor as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they became an Engagement Manager at Mirantis, and in 2021 they were appointed Director of Customer Success at Coronet.

Milo Peterson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in CIS from Florida Metropolitan University from 1989 to 1992. In 2014, they earned a PMP from St.Edward's University in Project Management. Milo also has certifications in SAS Administration from SAS Institute and ServiceNow Admin/Programmer from ServiceNow.
