Andrea Noble

Andrea Noble currently serves as the News Editor at The Virginian-Pilot, overseeing the government and politics team, and coordinating coverage of local and state political events, including elections. Previously, Andrea managed a five-person team focusing on criminal justice and breaking news. Andrea's extensive experience includes reporting on legislation affecting state and local governments at Route Fifty and serving as a Congressional oversight fellow with the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. Andrea also reported for The Washington Times on national crime trends and Justice Department activities, and covered local news for The Gazette. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sociology from Webster University, Andrea has a solid background in various facets of journalism, including public safety and government accountability.
