Neda Ryan

Neda Ryan currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Coronis Health, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Neda was President of MiraMed OnCall and served as President and Compliance Counsel for MiraMed Global Services from January 2015 to June 2022, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions for healthcare organizations. Earlier experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Clark Hill PLC and The Health Law Partners P.C., and internships with the Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Neda holds a JD from Michigan State University College of Law and an undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
