Patrice Cain, MBA, is a seasoned global talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Corpay since August 2022, Patrice oversees a global team while managing vendor relationships, departmental budgets, and compliance with global pay transparency regulations. Previously, as Director of Talent Acquisition at Navitas, Patrice implemented recruitment strategies for the U.S. market.
