Herbert de Carvalho

Herbert de Carvalho is a highly experienced professional in the field of public safety and logistics, currently serving as the Diretora de Apoio Logístico and Comandante do 2º Batalhão de Bombeiros do ES at the Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do ES since September 2013. With a career that spans back to July 1993, Herbert holds the rank of Major and has acted as Subcomandante of the same battalion. In addition to extensive practical experience, Herbert is pursuing a Mestrado em Administração Pública with a focus on Gestão da Segurança Pública at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, following a series of relevant educational qualifications, including a Pós-graduação in Segurança Pública and a CFAP in Segurança Pública. Previous professional experience also includes a brief tenure in sales at New Sun Trading (PVT) Ltd. and roles in education as a Professor e Coordenador at CETEC - Colégio Cristo Rei from 2007 to 2009.
