Fernando N. currently serves as Gerente de Mantenimiento de Climatización at Corporación El Rosado S.A. since May 2022, focusing on the management and planning of the national climate control infrastructure. Concurrently, Fernando is a Postgraduate Thesis Tutor at ESPAE Graduate School of Management - ESPOL. Prior experience includes over 12 years at Conauto C.A. as Executive of Aftersales Service and Automotive Workshop, successfully enhancing post-sales operations by nearly 300%. Fernando also held the role of Service Manager at Johnson Controls del Ecuador, where significant progress in customer satisfaction and portfolio growth was achieved, and was previously with LG Electronics Ecuador in various managerial capacities.
