Hitesh Yadav

Hitesh Yadav has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Hitesh started their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ONETECH CONSULTING PVT. LTD. in November 2017 and worked there until January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for hiring IT professionals, recruiting data analysts, and developing effective recruitment plans and strategies. Hitesh also maintained relationships with consultants and built a pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Currently, Hitesh works at Corporate Biz Solutions Inc. as a Lead Recruiter Manager since May 2021. In this position, they are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention for clients. Hitesh also oversees and mentors a team and manages staffing and project execution.
