Jose Aguilar, MS HRM, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Jose began their career as a Human Resources Director in the Army Reserves in 2001, where they provided training and support in various HR areas. In 2012, Jose joined CVR Energy, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for affirmative action, policy development, and supporting the VP Human Resources. Since 2015, they have been working at Corporate Care, first as a Director of Human Resources and currently as the Vice President of Human Resources. In these roles, Jose has been involved in developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, promoting collaboration, and leading various initiatives to support the company's goals.

Jose Aguilar has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Grantham University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix-Houston, which they pursued from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jose Aguilar has also obtained certifications in their field. In October 2019, they became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Furthermore, in December 2013, they acquired the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
