DK Giridharan is responsible for Assurance Services for clients and manages the review methodology as well as quality and documentation standards.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA), Giri has earlier worked with one of the Big 4 accounting practices and has more than two decades of working experience. He is fully conversant with US GAAP, IFRS and Indian GAAP, applied ISA (including ISA clarity), AAS, SOX, and PCAOB standards, etc. Besides playing a key role in strengthening internal quality controls, Giriis instrumental in designing manuals and tools to improve the risk advisory practice of the organisation.

A thorough professional, Giri is responsible for internal reviews and training with a focus on people and skills development.
