Shyam Ramakrishnan

Shyam Ramakrishnan has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Associate Director at Corporate Catalyst India since January 2016, following a progressive career that includes roles from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Shyam held the position of Senior Associate at B. Samrish & Co. from December 2014 to January 2016 and began earlier professional experience as a CS Trainee at both B. Samrish & Co. and Escorts Securities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, a PG Diploma in International Law and Diplomacy from The Indian Society of International Law, a Company Secretary (CS) credential from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor's in Business Economics from SGND Khalsa College.
