Sundeep heads the Regulatory Compliance services in the Delhi-NCR region. With over 25 years of rich experience in industry and consultancy, Sundeep is an expert on tax compliances, internal systems, MIS reporting, statutory certifications, treasury operations besides M&As and routine accounting and regulatory issues. He spearheads the knowledge sharing initiative on the proposed Goods & Services Tax (GST) legislation and regularly disseminates updates to fellow professionals, industry chambers as well as large & SME companies in India.

A qualified chartered accountant, Sundeep graduated in Commerce from the Allahabad University. He has additional skills on Information Systems Audit (DISA) and is a certified Indirect Tax professional.

An avid speaker, Sundeep has presented on a wide number of subjects relating to Key Regulatory Compliance, GST and Mergers. Loves chess as a passion.
