Riduan Shukur, also known as WanChai, is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in various esteemed establishments. Currently serving as a Food Production Specialist at Corporate Caterers since March 2021, Riduan has a profound background as Chef De Cuisine at Rotol Food Chain (M) Sdn Bhd, overseeing six outlets and managing kitchen staff while developing menus and pricing strategies to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles such as Sous Chef at Premiera Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Outlet Chef at Movida Kitchen + Terrace, where budgeting and recipe standardization were key responsibilities. Riduan's culinary journey began with positions as Chef De Partie at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences and Concorde Hotels & Resorts, and Commis 1 at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
