Michael Baumann, MBA has worked at six different companies since 2013. Michael began their career at Park City Credit Union as a Member Service Representative/Intern, where they were responsible for share draft returns and exceptions, cash management, check kiting, ATM balancing, and dispute resolution. Michael also performed internal audit activities tied to credit union branch investigations and created evaluations containing suggestions for improvements. In 2015, they began working at Dining and Summer Conferences as an Operations Manager, where they advanced through roles of Student Employee, Human Resource Assistant, Human Resource Manager, and Operations Manager. Their duties included hiring, conducting employee orientation, Affordable Care Act monitoring, payroll verification, staff scheduling, station management oversight, and employee growth evaluations. In 2016, they began working at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as a Writing Lab Consultant, where they helped peers find global issues in their papers and reviewed organization to ensure they stayed on topic. Michael also verified the message or theme they took away from the paper matched the goal of the writer. In 2018, they began working at Skyward as a Customer Consulting and Support Intern, where they provided customer service assistance to inbound customers using strong communication and problem-solving techniques tied to software usage to ensure satisfied customer experience. Michael also led customer training sessions to ensure successful transition into using the software. In 2019, they began working at Corporate Central Credit Union as an Investment Assistant and at First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC) as a Customer Service Representative. Michael also began working at Park City Credit Union as a Member Financial Representative/Intern.
Michael Baumann obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2019. Michael then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
