Richard Hermann

Richard Hermann has extensive work experience in various management and consulting roles. Richard is currently the Managing Director of N7 Equipment Holdings, Allen Avenue Property Management, and W74 Property Holdings. Additionally, they are also the Managing Director and Owner of the NW Charlotte Region for Corporate Cleaning Group.

Prior to these roles, Richard worked at Accenture for over 20 years, starting as a Senior Manager and eventually becoming the Managing Director. Their responsibilities included business capability architecture, retail merchandising, supply chain capabilities, sales, estimating, budgeting, staffing, and resource and practice management.

Before joining Accenture, Richard served as a Business Planning Manager at McDonnell Douglas. Richard also has volunteering experience with the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, where they worked as a Small Business Consultant.

Richard Hermann attended Butler University from 1987 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business. Richard then transferred to Truman State University and studied there from 1988 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Later on, from 1993 to 1994, Richard pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology and Human Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis.
