John Baumgartner

John Baumgartner began his career in workforce solutions with ADP in 2006. During his tenure with ADP, John was given the challenge of contacting the companies who had either refused to work with the company or had canceled their services. John’s persistence is what got him the appointment, but his ability to listen and understand the organization’s unique needs is what made a prospect a client.

John takes great responsibility for ensuring that each prospective client that he works with becomes a lasting and happy client. It is this strong dedication to service that CCC feels makes John a natural addition to CCC’s management team. As Vice President of Sales, John works with Sales Executives and the Client Services Team to provide a positive experience from sale to service.
