Janice Casagrande

Janice Casagrande serves as the Area Vice President of Sales at Synopsys Inc since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in sales and account management. Prior to joining Synopsys, Janice held multiple leadership roles at Ansys from April 2009 to July 2025, including Area Vice President for Enterprise Accounts and Director for NA Industrial and Transportation Enterprise Accounts. Janice's career also includes positions as an Account Manager at Oasis Sales, AVID Technologies, and VeriBest, as well as an Applications Engineer at Mentor Graphics. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1984 and 1988.
