Mary E. Boning is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Legal Affairs Manager & Counsel at Computershare since October 2023 and Counsel at Corporate Creations since January 2023, Mary previously held the position of Trial Court Staff Attorney at the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida from May 2021 to January 2023. Prior roles include Law Clerk at Wilson Elser and Legal Intern at Nassau County Attorney’s Office. Mary began a legal career as a Summer Law Clerk at Wilson Elser, following a position as a Legal Assistant with the same firm. Earlier experiences include an internship with the Florida Governor's Office of Policy and Budget and a non-legal role at Moda Italian Restaurant. Mary E. Boning earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University.
