John Drummond is the current Chairman of Corporate Culture since August 2000, operating primarily in the UK. Prior to this role, John was the Group Director of Communications at United Utilities where John significantly improved customer satisfaction. Before that, John worked in communication and public affairs with IBM, focusing on stakeholder communications and reputation management in the North of England and Northern Ireland. John originally trained as a journalist at Thomson Regional Newspapers and holds a Joint Hons degree in English and Religious Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
