Renata Szczepanski Hodges, Ph.D., is the founder of Renata Hodges IMPACT Executive Coaching, a role held since August 2013, where Renata partners with senior executives and high-potential individuals to enhance leadership and personal effectiveness. As an executive coach and leadership consultant at Corporate Edge, Inc., and as a member of the global coaching team at CoachSource LLC, Renata provides valuable insights to clients. Previously, Renata served as a Principal Consultant at Korn/Ferry International, focusing on talent development for global organizations, and held significant roles at McKesson, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture, contributing to major transformation and strategy initiatives. Renata's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from Duke University, where research was conducted on cardiovascular and psychological stress responses, alongside co-authoring multiple publications.
