Charlene Smart, SPHR, 6σGB, SHRM-SCP is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leadership, employee relations, and talent management. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, Charlene has held various HR management positions in different organizations, including C-Smart Business Solutions, LLC and ARAMARK Aviation Services. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Corporate Environmental Risk Management, Charlene is skilled in developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring legal compliance within organizations. As a volunteer at New Birth -Employment Ministries, Charlene has also shown dedication to giving back to the community.
