Andy Thelen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Business Advisor at Corporate Finance Associates since June 2022, Andy leverages a wealth of knowledge gained from a lifelong entrepreneurial journey to advise middle-market businesses on complex development and organizational strategies. Prior to this role, Andy was involved in business development at MODERNISTIC after selling a company, focusing on supporting leadership transitions and utilizing expertise in mergers and acquisitions. As President of Mark-it Graphics from 2000 to 2020, Andy capitalized on growth opportunities in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, Andy built a substantial real estate portfolio through Thelen Real Estate, LLC, focusing on commercial properties in the Twin Cities. Andy holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
