Peter Ventre

Peter Ventre is an experienced finance professional with a robust career in both consulting and corporate finance. As the Founder and Consultant at Carrot Seed LLC since January 2018, Peter assists small business owners with transition strategies and collaborates with larger corporations on financial decision-making. As Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates since March 2001, Peter has facilitated funding, documentation, and market value assessments for business owners. Previous roles include serving as interim Chief Financial Officer at Bangor Savings Bank and holding key financial positions at UNUMProvident and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maine. Peter began a career in finance at Ernst & Young, managing audit teams and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Peter holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
