Ralph Fain

Ralph Fain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates and Contributor at Texas Business Radio since July 2017, Ralph previously owned Optum M&A from January 2008 to June 2017, where expertise was focused on providing advisory transaction solutions for middle market companies. Ralph's leadership experience also includes serving as CEO at PFS GROUP, LLC from 1998 to 2002 and Laxus, LLC from 1985 to 1998, along with a managerial position in finance and administration at The Baylor Company between 1980 and 1985. Ralph holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.
