Roy Graham

Roy Graham is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory services and corporate leadership. As the Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates since 1997, Roy has been instrumental in guiding middle-market companies through business sales, acquisitions, and capital raising. Previously, Roy served as CEO of Petronet Corporation from 1986 to 1997, leading a Texas-based oil and gas exploration company. Additionally, Roy held the position of Executive Vice President at Petropoint Corporation for a brief period in 1985 and co-founded Photogenesis, Inc., a photo and video equipment retail chain, where Roy served as Chairman from 1973 to 1984. Roy holds a BBA in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.
