Terell Brown

Terell Brown, MBA, is an accomplished real estate development manager and investment banker with extensive experience in serving veterans and military personnel. As a Real Estate Development Manager and Real Estate Developer at Garrison For Veterans since February 2017, Terell focuses on nationwide projects that support veterans while assisting the federal government with the strategic disposition of underutilized real estate assets. In addition, Terell serves as Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates in Atlanta, where responsibilities include facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising for diverse organizations. Prior experience includes real estate development for Communities For Veterans, where Terell was involved in creating affordable housing for homeless veterans and securing funding through various government programs. Terell's background in finance and real estate is supported by an MBA in Finance from Mercer University and a BBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
