Alexandra Belova

Alexandra Belova is currently the managing director at CFGI. Prior to this, they worked at PwC for 13 years in various positions. In their most recent role as assurance manager, they were responsible for managing audits of public and privately owned companies under PCAOB and AICPA standards. Alexandra also supervised SOX 404 implementation and ensured compliance at one of the audit clients. Alexandra has experience coordinating audits, managing clients’ expectations, and supervising teams of up to six consultants and three senior associates. Alexandra has a strong track record of direct reporting to Audit Committees, Board of Directors, and executive management of clients. In addition, they have assisted with the preparation of Form S-1 Registration Statements for IPO filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on two occasions. Alexandra was also a key member of the Quality team within their department at PwC, where they were responsible for bringing new audit standards and regulatory requirements into practice.

Alexandra Belova has a degree in advanced accounting from Northeastern University. Alexandra is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and has a master's degree in accounting and business from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

They are on a team with David Appolonia - Managing Director, Brian Kaiser - Managing Director, and Patrice Cherry - Managing Director. Alexandra Belova reports to Nick Nardone, Co-CEO & Founder.
