Brittany Golding

Brittany is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice and has been with CFGI for almost 7 years providing technical accounting and interim management support in a variety of industries in both the New York City and Texas offices. Brittany consistently works with clients to develop a tailored approach that fits each client’s unique needs and circumstances. She has experience filling key interim controllership positions and leading various complex technical accounting projects.

Brittany’s skills include pre and post-IPO readiness and support, business combinations, ASC 840/842 leases, ASC 606 revenue, ASC 350/985 capitalized software, reporting (public and private), and financial close optimization. She has experience in a variety of industries such as Retail & Consumer Products, Media & Entertainment, Technology & Software, Biotechnology, and NFTs. She also has expertise with various software systems such as NetSuite, FloQast, Carta, and Active Disclosure.

Brittany is an alumni of the KPMG audit practice in New York City and was responsible for leading all aspects of the financial statement audits of various public and non-public companies in the Retail & Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment industries.

Brittany has a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Buffalo. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
