Michael Muccio

Michael is the Co-Office Managing partner for CFGI’s New York Metro Office (including oversight of Connecticut and New Jersey) and aggressively participates in the business development of the market.

Michael has over 16 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, management advisory and transaction services to public and private companies of all sizes across multiple industries. His expertise and advice is sought by public and private companies ranging from the development stage to Fortune 500. Additionally, he has led numerous engagement teams in completing private placements, initial public offerings, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, purchase accounting, structured equity transactions, carve-outs, internal controls and accounting and finance infrastructure assessments. Michael has a reputation for delivering dynamic business solutions that exceed his clients’ expectations.

Michael’s expertise originates from his experience consulting and advising companies in industries such as Life Sciences, Software, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Media and Entertainment.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
