Prior to this role, Bishop G. held the position of Head of Central Support Operations at Bupa Australia Health Pty Ltd. from June 2014 to November 2020, where strategic development and operational performance were key focuses, particularly managing significant health contracts for the Australian Defense Force and the Department of Border Protection. From January 2006 to May 2014, Bishop G. was the Head of Operations at Australian Unity, overseeing the Health Operations within the private health insurance sector, driving initiatives for operational improvement, customer experience, and leadership development.
