Charles Robitaille

Charles Robitaille has extensive experience in various leadership roles, starting as a Project Manager in the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2010. Charles worked their way up to positions such as Program Manager/Commander and Deputy Director/Program Manager. In 2021, they joined Microsoft as a Customer Success Account Manager before becoming a Director of Regional Operations at COPT Defense Properties in 2023. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated expertise in project delivery, resource management, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Charles Robitaille holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the WSU Carson College of Business, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
