Rick Fritz obtained their high school diploma from Ironton High School, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from 1978 to 1982. Subsequently, they attended the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College from 1982 to 1986, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, Rick has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Series 66-Investment Advisor Representative from FINRA in February 2021, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC in December 2020, and the Retirement Income Certified Planner from The American College of Financial Services in February 2015. Rick also holds an Ohio Insurance License from the State of Ohio since October 2005. Furthermore, Rick has obtained several certifications related to securities and investments, including the Series 24-General Securities Registered Principal in June 1999, the Series 7-Investment Company Products in August 1998, the Series 6-Investment Company Products/Variable Products in July 1996, and the Series 63-Uniform Securities Agent State Law in July 1996, all of which were obtained from FINRA.
