Anjali Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in capital markets and stock exchange services, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Stock Exchange Services at Corporate Professionals since December 2005. In this role, Anjali specializes in strategic planning for corporates, focusing on stock exchange-related matters including SEBI regulations, ESOPs, IPOs, delisting, takeover regulations, and ICDR regulations. Prior to this position, Anjali held roles as Senior Manager and Assistant Manager at the Delhi Stock Exchange from March 2003 to December 2005. Anjali's educational background includes a CFO Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2021-22), an ICSI qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (1994-1998), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University (1990-1993).
